Interested in Small Group Leadership
At First Lavaca, we are always looking for gifted teachers and facilitators to launch new groups so we can help more people find their place to connect. If you are interested in group leadership and meet the Small Group Leader Qualifications, prayerfully consider joining our team of leaders. We provide all the training and resources you will need, and our ministerial staff will be there to assist you every step of the way.
